Client registration rules

  • The Client Registration must be completed by the Broker prior to the initial visit to any Zicor Property business park.
  • The Broker shall be protected for a period of 90 days from the date of registration. A reasonable extension period must be documented in writing upon request.
  • A commission of 3% shall be paid on the total lease for the initial term.
  • The Leasing Agent for GVA Detroit shall manage the transaction in its entirety from the Lease Agreement through Occupancy. The extent of the Broker’s participation is at their professional discretion.
  • All contractual agreements shall be drafted using only GVA Detroit documentation. All related appointments or meetings shall be conducted within the offices of GVA Detroit.
  • The Commission shall be paid in full within 15 days of endorsing the Lease Agreement. All fields below must be completed in full for registration to be valid.
