Easy Show Program
EXCLUSIVELY FOR BROKERS
GVA Detroit understands that time is a commodity that you can never have enough of. And trying to coordinate showing appointments where you, your client and the landlord are all available certainly eats away at that time.
That’s why we have created our Easy Show Program.
- If you have a client whose needs fit one of our many convenient locations, simply register them by clicking here.
- You will receive an automatic email response confirming their registration and an agreement to pay 3% commission if your client leases one of our units.
- We will follow up with the client to set up a showing at any number of our properties that fit their needs. If they wish to lease space from us, we’ll do all the work. Upon completion of the transaction, we’ll send your Broker the commission.
- If your client passes on one of our properties, we’ll send them back to you. Or, if you choose, GVA Detroit can continue to locate property for them as an exclusive tenant representative and pay you a referral fee of 20% of our earned commission.
